Why is firewall management disabled?
The hosted browser and server functions are not your network host. No privileged, authenticated agent has been installed. Enabling a visual switch would not change a firewall.

Owner staff management
Staff account creation and access are enforced by the authentication service. Viewer accounts cannot run administrative DNS diagnostics.
